Getting Efficient Vitamin D in the Fall

Fall is basically here and that means the autumn leaves start to change into red, yellow, and brown and fall off the trees. Low blood levels of the vitamin have been associated with increased risk of death from cardiovascular disease, cognitive impairment in older adults, severe asthma in children, and cancer.
